Complain |etter!!!!!

Today was a veri bad work day!!! work up late due to last nite late sleep. took a cab to work. We|| start find unitl i pick up some stupid call from dunno which dealers. He want to connect the plasma tv and the pc together, i try to help but he sound so angry and dui lan like tat. The most important thing is dun understand!!!! Keep saying hw come i am the tech support and cant help him!!! well I got no product training!!!! SamsUng just throw me there!!!! am i suppose to me In IT site!!!! dam sian and tat stupid fucker is dam rude. In the end Eliza come to help Me(well aft i kick a fuse abt it - guess she must hate me for that)In the end he hang her up less than 2 mins. As she also repeat wat i said. It has not ended yet

Aft lunch u know wat he call again!!!! I pick up!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!! in the end i ask meita to help but she dun 1, end up customer hang up again!!! dam sian.

Well eliza say i got a complain from customer saying i was veri rude and using a hash tone. Well the customer is unreasonable, but i also mus admit tat my tone was a bit hash, however the customer also unreasonable, and i not the only 1 that is listed on the complain letter. well this complain is expected 1, i noe someday wi|| happen de.
Hope this will not cause problem in my transfering
