Hanabi

Well, today me help my long time fren + colleague Judy at her Hanabi Japanese Restaurant. Due to some problem, she is super under staff. Well she finally left Thai Express after 6 yrs. Is good that she is out to learn and meet new ppl.

Well the place is quite nice on the outside, but in side the kitchen is super messy, after the lunch hr rush and had my lunch, judy ask me to stock take and i "Shu Bian" help her clear some unwanted staff. Well the previous manager is lousy, as a not of unwanted stuf i found(Shoes, jeans) and i rearrange some stuff. Rest a while b4 prepare the dinner rush hr at 6.

Actually is not veri busy(not as busy as TE)as it is a buffet style, ppl tend to sit for 2-3hrs so if u had a full house ppl will not que for 2-3 hrs. So u wont hav much ppl coming in after 9 as our last order is 2145 so is not worth to come around 9. But due to staff, me is super shag, 5 ppl run 20 tables.......
