Well today is kinda a good day. I was awarded the Top call quality of Oct with $30 taka voucher!!! hahaha... kinda of giv me a lift from the complaint i reveive. anyway, kelvin tell me that i will be transfering in 10 Dec, transfer to SIA as a on site tech support for IT and he train me personnel. Well he seems like he had high hopes on me!!! Hmm...i try not to disappoint him, also this giv me a chance to go into the IT line!!!
