Wat will u be when u r OLD???

Today lunch at bedok market with my colleague(Yeong). Share a sit with 2 auntie, 1 left not finishing her food. Ask yeong to go buy food 1st. Than this old man appear and ask me and 1 auntie is the left over food still got ppl 1. The Auntie reply no, than this old man sat down and eat the left over food left by another aunties. She told the auntie that he is veri hungry cus he has no work and he is already 68 who would employ him. His parent and brother has died he is all alone.The auntie later gav him $2 to buy something.

I nv gav him anthing(dunno y, maybe he nv spoke to me) but i pity him and was thinking will i be like tat when i am at his age, all alone, no family, no work, no money? Or sitting on a wheel chair wondering who iam? or in some country enjoying my retirement.

Not every 1 can retired and enjoy life. Especially when u r old and sick and especially in singapore. There is an old saying in singapore:"你可以死但是你不可以生病" as singpaore is super expensive

Some ppl wants to stay single till old as they think that they hav no burden and can live freely. But when u are old and all alone, nobody is going to take care of u. Even u r veri rich a sickness can make u bankrupt. Worst of all, even u want to die and for some reason u cant die and suffer till u die.
